Any returning player in need of ordering a new set of jerseys for the 2023-2024 fall season can get a headstart and order their jerseys now.   Payment can be made via the link below.  Any questions please contact Equipment Manager Nick Skweres at equipmentmanager@chicagohawks.com.

We offer players the option of reusing their current jerseys OR purchasing a new set.   This change reduces waste and ensures that players have their full uniforms earlier in the season.   Season fees will still cover the cost of game socks, pant shells, and a warmup jacket and pants but you must register here for sizes.  Midgets receive a black winter puffy coat in lieu of warmups.   All players must attend a fitting date at which time they will order the 2023-24 season apparel package.  

All jersey number conflicts will continue to be resolved in favor of the longest-tenured player with the most consecutive years in the Club.  In the event two or more players with the same number are placed on the same team, the player(s) with less longevity will be required to change their number. Depending on the numbered jerseys the Club has in stock, a player may incur the cost of an additional set of jerseys.  All new players to the Club, including first-year mites, will be assigned a number based on availability and numbers already in use. 

The fitting dates are as follows and will be upstairs by the equipment room between Whales and Campbell Rinks.

Sunday, July 23rd from 11am to 2pm

Tuesday, July 25th from 6pm -8pm

Sizing is mandatory.   Please note that jerseys can take 4-8 weeks to arrive.  Cost of a new set of jerseys is $220.

All players will need shoulder pads and hockey pants to be fitted properly.

• A parent or responsible adult will need to be present to sign off on completed order form.
• Please arrive early as lines can be long and getting fitted is mandatory.   Remember, bigger is better!  There are no returns or exchanges.
• Completed sizing forms must be returned in person to Equipment Manager Nick Skweres or can be submitted by email to equipmentmanager@chicagohawks.com
• Players have the choice to reuse their game jerseys from last season or purchase a new set of jerseys for $220 (home and away). EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO REUSE YOUR JERSEYS, ALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND A FITTING DATE. Your season fees will still cover the cost of game socks, pant shells, and a warmup jacket and pants.  You must be sized for those items.  Midgets receive winter coat in lieu of warmups.

Refunds will only be provided for jersey purchases of players who have not been OFFERED a roster spot within the Chicago Hawks Hockey Club and any of their affiliate programs including, but not limited to, the Girls and Phantoms programs.
