It's time to be sized for uniforms!!



Any returning player in need of ordering a new set of jerseys for the 2022-2023 fall season can get a head start and order their jerseys right now. Click HERE to order via our secure website. We will be taking orders for returning players until Tuesday, July 5th.  Summer sizing dates are listed below. Any player ordering jerseys at sizing will have their order submitted later this summer. Please make sure you participate in sizing or you will not have an apparel package when we are able to play games.

Thursday 7/7 - 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Monday 7/11 - 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Tuesday 7/12 - 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Tuesday 7/19 - 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Thursday 7/21 - 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Monday 7/25 - 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Wednesday 7/27 - 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Sunday 7/31 - 9:00-2:00 p.m.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

• Sizing is mandatory.  Players have the choice to reuse their game jerseys from last season or purchase a new set of jerseys for $220 (home and away). EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO REUSE YOUR JERSEYS, ALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND A FITTING DATE. 
• Please note that jerseys can take 4-8 weeks to arrive. 
• All players will need shoulder pads and hockey pants to be fitted properly.
• A parent or responsible adult will need to be present to sign off on completed order form. Remember - there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
• All players will need to be fitted or have returned their completed sizing form prior to their last tryout day. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Please arrive early as lines can be long and getting fitted is mandatory. 
• Finally, no player will be allowed on the ice during their last tryout session if they have not sized and/or there is no sizing form on file.

JERSEY REFUND POLICY



Refunds will only be provided for jersey purchases of players who have not been OFFERED a roster spot within the Chicago Hawks Hockey Club and any of its affiliate programs including, but not limited to, the Girls and Phantoms programs.
