Coach Banach's Bantam 6 team played in Big Bear's Wright Angles tournament in Madison, Wisconsin, November 5-7.  The Hawks started the weekend off with a big shutout against the Affton Americans from St. Louis.  In between games, the team played parking lot football, cheered on the University of Wisconsin's Women's hockey club, and supported old friends, past teammates, and siblings on the ice.  The Hawks had the fewest goals against in the standings, only allowing 5 in 5 games.  And to wrap it all up, they beat the undefeated Bloomington Thunder 3-2 in overtime!   Way to go Bantam 6 coaches and players!  Hard work pays off!
