This years fundraising program will include the following:
Our Annual Parents Night Out Fundraiser - Saturday, January 23rd will be held at the Western Springs Village Club - $50 Tickets will include buffet dinner, wine & beer, dancing, silent auction and a costume contest.
Team managers will collect their team RSVPS and checks - if you need assistance, please let me know and I will arrange. Proceeds of this event will go towards club operations.
Chicago Hawks Adbook - ad copy must be submiited by November 11th. Once again we will offer club families an opportunity to offset their players fees. This year the club will allow families to offset their fees in the amount of 70% of the ads that they sell or purchase for this years adbook. Team Managers should have a few copies of last years Adbook available to circulate amongst their team as samples, along with the Adbook flyers that team members can use to solicit ads. Team Manager can also direct inquiries to the Hawks website under Fundraising to download forms.
3k Walk/Race - dates and details will be available shortly - this event will allow players and their families to obtian pledges for their participation in our first ever 3K! Club families will earn 85% of all funds that they raise through their pledges.
Innisbrook - Hawks Club Sale Dates are September 10th to October 19th - this fundraiser is to allow club families to receive 50% of the amount of sales they generate.Unlike what you will find at other Innisbrook fundraisers - the full 50% proceeds will be issued as credits to offset players fees. Team Managers will need to disseminate Innisbrook Catalogues and Instruction flyers to their teams. This is a great opportunity to offer to club families - and easy as most soliciting can be done electronically as well.
Worlds Finest Chocolate - Team Managers are asked to please poll their team families to see which players/families are willing to take one case (50 -$1.00 bars) or more to sell
on behalf of the club. We wil offer either case of Chocoalte Almond bars or the Assorted Bar case. Worlds Finest Forms are attached for managers to allocate case order for their team; and also can be used for players to sell the candy. Prizes will be awarded to the top two sellers in the club. Teams can also volunteer to set up a table and sell in the Sportsplex on weekends - similar to Girl Scouts etc. To do so, we need to coordinate date with the Sportsplex to be certain another sale will not be held on same date.
Hawks Golf Outing - details to be announced
50/50 Raffles - periodically at Hawks sponsored events i.e. Frozen Fright Tournamant we will conduct 50/50 raffles - proceeds to club operations.
